Shipping policy

Please make sure you choose correct delivery address when ordering, as it cannot be amended once the order has been placed. If you do not enter the correct delivery address in full and once in transit there are any issues with the couriers not been able to deliver your parcel to you because the address is incorrect or partially missing they will contact us.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Our delivery options are 

Royal Mail tracked 24 & Royal Mail tracked 48. 

We are also looking into adding other shipping providers shortly.

Please Note: Any parcel delivered to a neighbor, will be deemed as delivered. If a neighbor then disputes the delivery, please inform the neighbor that this matter will be taken to the police and then inform the police, as this will be deemed as theft.
